medium is a drone ensemble founded in 1997 by doug lussenhop, brent gutzeit and todd carter. medium is an open member platform where anyone who wants to drone can play. guidelines of medium : do not disturb the drone. since 1997 medium has performed many longform improvisations, including the annual 24 hour performance on new years day. this particular performance recorded at odum was 9 hours.
